"I stopped in at the office to start the claim process for a small bumper scraper with a neighbor. Stephanie was so helpful and nice. She helped begin the claim, explained the steps, assigned the case to a rep, sent pics to the rep and even made sure I had the State Farm app so I could communicate and follow up in the future.
